IBM to acquire Columbus digital marketing agency
Resource / Ammirati (or just Resource for short) is Columbus’ largest marketing agency, generating over $75 million in revenue in 2014 alone.
After independently working with clients like Apple for 35 years, Resource announced its partnership with IBM, the $93 billion tech company behind inventions such as the hard drive, the automated teller machine, and the Watson artificial intelligence.
Resource founder Nancy Kramer said that the partnership was designed to give the company access to a more global market, even though most aspects of Resource will remain the same, including the name, the executive board, and the Columbus office location.
Hats off to Kramer and the team over at Resource for bringing the capital city some much-deserved international attention.
