The Animal King, Jungle Jack Hanna, is Coming to Town
Fall is here and apparently so will a man famous for his khaki pants and love of animals.
Columbus Zoo and Aquarium director emeritus, Jack Hanna, will be gracing Columbus with his presence during Jack Hanna’s Fall Fest. Mr. Hanna will be telling tales of his travels and introducing his animal ambassadors. He’ll also be signing autographs, just in case you really wanted to complete your Columbus celebrity autograph book.
Other activities include trades of tradition, where you get learn about candle making and iron work, animal antics, where you get to meet 100 exotic barnyard animals, and my personal favorite, bobbing for apples, except it’s not you bobbing, it the animals. That’s a sight I want to see.
The best part about this fall event is that it’s included with the price of regular admission! The Fall Fest will take place Sept. 17 and 18 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information visit the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium website.
