Update Armed & Dangerous Amber Alert: Father Arrested, Baby Safe

Update: Delta Police have confirmed that the missing 10-month-old has been found safe. The father was arrested in Indiana.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert for a baby kidnapped from northwest Ohio.

10-month-old Winston Ramey was taken by his father from Delta, Ohio, at 5:09 a.m.

The child is a white male, with brown hair and brown eyes.

His father, James Christopher Ramey, is 27-years-old. Troopers say he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Authorities are looking for a 2006 black Chrysler Town & Country van with the license plate number FRX-4034.
