State Fair ride operator takes a swing at trooper, arrested

In other Ohio State Fair news, a ride operator tried to right hook a state trooper in the face Friday.

NBC4i reports that officers were attempting to escort Dominique Wilkins, a Rides of America employee, from fair property Friday night but he resisted and started using foul language.

Wilkins tried getting back into the fair and when officers tried to stop him, he swung at a trooper’s face.

He was arrested and is being held on a $55,000 bond.
