Interested in a one and a half decade break on your property taxes? Then this news couldn’t come at a better time—new condos are going up in Olde Towne East that come with 15 years of 100 percent tax abatement.
Gallas Zadeh Development LLC is linking up with local developer Mulberry to construct a three-story, 19-unit condominium at the intersection of Oak Street and South Ohio Avenue, reports Columbus Business First. It’ll be called The Morgan.

Construction will begin this spring and people lucky enough to snag these new tax-free digs can move in as early as July.
