Monstrous Millennial Tower will change Downtown skyline

Columbus’ skyline will be changing thanks to the approval for a big ass development in downtown Columbus. The Millennial Tower will be a monstrous 27-story structure on the southwest corner of Front and Rich Streets.

You may have heard about this development for promising a six-story wrap-around LED sign. But to spare us from the obnoxiousness, the sign has been shrunk down to a 7 foot marquee to face Front Street, reports Columbus Business First.

The $150 million beast will house 40,000 square feet of retail space, 155,000 square feet of office space, a 130-room hotel, and 179 condo units and apartments. And for some music to your ears, there will also be 679 parking spaces. As for you view junkies, there will be a rooftop deck.
