Video: Highlight reel of 1979 Columbus is perfect dose of nostalgia

Travel back in time with us to Columbus in 1979. When AEP moved their corporate office from New York to Columbus, they had a highlight reel made of the city including footage of the Cultural Arts Center, the zoo, The Shoe, COSI, and neighborhoods like Worthington and Upper Arlington.

Men’s shorts were a bit shorter, women’s hair was a bit bigger, the skyline was a bit more sparse, but a lot of things were just as they are today.
