Hey everyone, be nice to the new brewery in town, alright?

UPDATED: April 18, 2018 at 5:23p.

Raise your glasses, Columbus, to the newest brewery in town: Ohio Brewing Co.

Familiar with Columbus after having brewed in partnership with Elevator, Ohio Brewing will be setting up a brewery and taproom at 421 Second Ave.

Construction is already underway and is expected to be complete by late summer or early fall, reports The Dispatch.

The brewery itself will be huge, with a 30-barrel system, but the patio is said to be bigger—perhaps the biggest in Columbus according to owner Chris Verich who is in partnership with Elenida Veliu.

Ohio Brewing’s beers include Cardinal Ale, Double Irish Red, Jingle Bell Ale, Buckeye Blonde and Ohiofest.

Food will be provided by a bevy of rotating food trucks.

The Ohio Brewing Co. was founded in Niles in 1997 and has since opened up a brewpub in Cuyahoga Falls.

The Dispatch reports the Columbus brewery will help the company distribute their beer statewide.
