21yo Ohio woman killed while riding electric scooter

A young Cleveland woman was killed by a motorist over the weekend while riding an electric scooter.
According to the Cleveland police, a car was traveling “well in excess” of the 25 mph speed limit in the downtown area when it struck the rear of the scooter.
10TV reports the 21-year-old woman was thrown from the scooter onto the road.

She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Cleveland19 reports the victim has been identified as Jenasia Summers and the driver has been identified as Scott A. McHugh.
The 19-year-old male driving the car has been arrested on a charge of aggravated vehicular homicide. Police say they believe alcohol may have been involved in the crash.
