It’s time to upgrade your car stereo, because this bass isn’t going to boost itself.

Westland Mall Drive-In has added a new act to its drive-in concert lineup. Award-winning Canadian DJ and producer REZZ will grace the stage Oct. 15 for a set promising dark, “techno meets dubstep” beats. Tickets go on sale tomorrow, Oct. 2 at noon.

“REZZ has a completely unique sound and stands shoulder to shoulder with her peers in the EDM community,” said Zach Ruben, president of Prime Social Group, which promotes Westland’s drive-in shows.

REZZ, or Isabelle Rezazadeh, won a Juno award (think Canadian Grammy) for her 2017 debut album “Mass Manipulation,” as well as recognition from Billboard, who named her Breakout Dance Artist of the Year. More recently, Rezazadeh was profiled in “Underplayed,” a documentary following the stories of women in the male-dominated electronic music industry.

Tickets for the upcoming set range from $139-$399 per vehicle, depending on location and number of occupants. More information about ticketing and COVID-19 precautions can be found on the show’s eventbrite page.
