Slurping Turtle to open Monday at Easton
Sushi fans and ramen lovers, rejoice.
Slurping Turtle will open Dec. 21 at 4049 Worth Ave., in Easton Town Center’s newest district, according to a Dec. 18 release.
The popular Japanese ramen shop was launched in 2011 in Chicago and expanded to Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2014.
The Columbus location will feature a sushi bar as well as cocktails, saki, and Japanese whiskey. Among the menu items are Classic Tokyo Shoyu Ramen, Duck Fat Fried Chicken, and Hamachi Tacos. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available.

Chef Tadashi Nagura, executive chef of the Slurping Turtle Restaurants, said in a prepared statement that his ramen shop features house-made noodles and a variety of broths.
“We are excited to start serving the Greater Columbus community,” he said.
