You get an organic kale salad, and you get an organic kale salad! Check under your seats, everyone gets an organic kale salad!

True Food Kitchen, a health food chain funded in part by Oprah Winfrey, recently opened its first Ohio location at Easton Town Center. Founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the restaurant’s menu features dishes focused on reducing chronic inflammation while appealing to diners from across the foodie spectrum.

True Food’s menu features plenty of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, in addition to meaty burgers and sustainable salmon. Most dishes feature exotic veggies, and even the cocktails contain organic liquor. Most of the offerings seem to be equal parts nutritious and delicious, although it’s unclear how attractive a dessert menu that includes flourless chocolate cake and squash pie will be.

Chain Store Age reports that the Columbus location has developed carryout options, including cocktails, and a socially-distanced dining room that can seat up to 116.

True Food Kitchen at Easton Town Center is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. More information and a full menu can be found on the True Food website.
