Coming in at first place in our best cookie survey with 42.3% of the vote, Cheryl’s continues to reliably produce the sweets of our dreams. Their buttercream frosted cut-out cookies are a Columbus staple, and right now you can grab a holiday gift box for a friend for your own little self. We won’t tell.

With 29.1% of the vote this year, Insomnia had a respectable showing of second place in the hearts of Columbus cookie fans. Founded in a college dorm room in 2003, this establishment has since evolved into more than 100 locations serving up cookies, brownies, and cookie cakes. And with delivery that starts at 10 a.m. and goes until 3 a.m., they’re the perfect solution for that late night craving.
Fox in the Snow might be in third place, but only by a smidge. Columbus, you still gave 28.6% of your vote to this local favorite with locations in Italian Village, German Village, and New Albany. While we could go on about their delicious hot drinks, we’re here today to talk about Fox in the Snow’s baked goods. We have a lot of feelings about their blueberry galettes. Is it bad form to talk about brownies in a cookie article? Because we can’t overlook their salted dark chocolate brownie, either.
Columbus, we’d love to hear your favorite spots for cookies around town. Share them in the comments below.
