Yellow Brick Pizza officially lands in Franklinton on Dec. 26

It’s a happy holiday indeed when one of Columbus’ favorite pizza outfits opens a second location.

Yellow Brick Pizza, 892 Oak St., will now have a presence in Franklinton–at 415 W. Rich St., right across from the 400 West Rich building.

Co-owner Faith Pierce said the new location will be open for carryout only at this time, like the Olde Towne East location.

“We are really excited and looking forward to having guests dine with us when it’s safe,” she said. Yellow Brick staff doesn’t believe the state of the pandemic makes dining in safe for employees or guests right now, she said.

Pierce said the new location had a soft opening yesterday, Dec. 21, and will have another from 4 to 9 p.m. for area residents. The official opening will be Dec. 26.

Yellow Brick has had its eye on Franklinton for some time, but commercial space didn’t open up until recently. The goal was to be in the Eastern side of the area, closer to BrewDog and Land-Grant.

“We wanted something in that area,” she said.

Pizza next to beer? Sounds like a winning combo.
