Goblin’s Brew – Cointreau Margarita Monday Bartender Challenge
This is it – the final entry for our Margarita Monday Bartender Challenge. Jesse Hubbard, a familiar name in the Columbus cocktail scene, is the master behind this Halloween-inspired margarita. You can find him concocting fancy and fun libations at Sidebar Columbus.
To make the “Goblin’s Brew”:
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1.5 oz Jose Cuervo Tradicional Anejo
- 1.25 oz Citrus Blend – blood orange, lemon, lime, cane sugar
- Caramel Apple Shrub
- Smoked Saline Solution
Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and apple slices
