“Mango-nificent Margarita” – Cointreau Margarita Monday Bartender Challenge
Tara Gillum of Steiner’s Speakeasy prepares the “Mango-nificent Margarita” – our second Cointreau Margarita Monday Bartender Challenge entry!
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 1/2 oz Jose Cuervo Anejo
- 1 oz Allspice-infused simple syrup
- 1 oz Mango puree
- Juice of 1 lime
- Sugar and allspice rim
Shake, strain, and serve in a glass with a sugar and allspice rim.
