Doo Dah Parade on for July 4

The Doo Dah Parade looks to be happening this Independence Day, according to the event’s website.

The 38th annual parade celebrating “liberty and lunacy” is slated for 1 p.m., July 4 in the Short North. The lineup will form at noon on Park Street. No registration is required to participate.

This year’s parade is dedicated to the memory of The Short North Emperor, Doug Ritchey.
