If you were hoping to grab a quick round at BrewDog’s Short North taproom this weekend, you’ll need to make alternate arrangements.
The Brewery, located at 1175 N. High St, announced a temporary closure in a statement posted to their social media account yesterday.
“We are closing our Short North location for a few days due to staffing shortages. We are so sorry for the inconvenience,” the statement reads.

BrewDog Short North closed yesterday and will reopen on Dec. 12.
The brewery’s Short North taproom is also shared with Moody Trudy’s, a popular Columbus sandwich spot. According to owner Trudy King, the eatery will also close (they have a separate entrance and order counter inside BrewDog’s Short North location), and King’s staff will assist BrewDog at their Canal Winchester location.
According to King, BrewDog will give Moody Trudy’s one week off the cost of their rent at their shared space.
