Budd Dairy says goodbye to one of its vendors

Stauf’s Coffee Roasters has left Budd Dairy Food Hall.

A Cameron Mitchell Restaurants representative confirmed the departure, saying that Stauf’s wrapped up there on Sunday.

In a Facebook post, Stauf’s addressed the change.

“COVID-19 presented some unique challenges to this location for us and we, along with our partners at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, decided that the space would be of better use elsewhere,” the post reads in part.

Stauf’s is also eyeing a new spot.

“Our wonderful community is also the reason why we are excited to announce that we are not finished in Italian Village just yet,” the post reads. “We are looking into several sites around the neighborhood to place an Italian Village Stauf’s and will keep you all updated in the coming months.”
