Condado opening carryout spot in Powell

Condado Tacos is holding a grand opening at 11 a.m. March 15 at their new carryout-only location at 4052 Presidential Parkway, according to a release.

According to the release, the pilot concept will offer the same menu as the restaurants via a pick-up and curbside experience. The spot will also have an expanded delivery footprint and added catering capacity.

“Powell is a natural location to test the new Condado Carryout concept and bring our crave-worthy tacos to more customers who may already be familiar with our restaurants,” said Condado Tacos President Scott Shotter in a prepared statement. “2020 created incredible change for full-service restaurants, and we believe customer demand for carry out and delivery will continue to be strong. Our locations just down the road in Dublin and Polaris will continue to provide guests with the full Condado dine-in experience while Condado Carryout will offer easy and convenient place to grab some tacos on-the-go.”

The first Condado opened in 2014 at 1227 N. High St. Now the brand has 23 locations in four states, including Columbus, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Dayton. More locations are planned for this year.
