Whether we’re willing to admit or not, many of us have been there before: when we’ve imbibed a bit too much and end up dealing with some serious cravings for rich, indulgent food.

The next time you’re out late after a few drinks and feel hunger coming on, there’s a new Columbus eatery just for you. Drunchies: Drunk Muchies is now open for business.

The spot is located inside Quarry Co. Bar & grill, located at 3582 Traube Rd.

“Drunchies is a term my friends and I have always used around 3 a.m., after the bars close, so that’s the type of food I make here,” said owner Kyle Fleming,

To that end, the eatery embraces “It’s 3 a.m. somewhere” as its catchphrase.

They offer a variety of decadent appetizers, entrees, wings, and even a build-your-own burger section. Drunchies signature sandwich, known as the Drunchie, features a burger patty and bacon between two grilled cheese sandwiches with smoky garlic aioli.

Diners can also opt for a hot chicken sandwich with “hangover sauce”, street tacos, pulled pork and more.

Drunchies is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 12 to 11 p.m.
