Like pizza? Beer? This event is for you

Anyone can grab a beer and sit down with a pizza, but it takes some creativity to truly match your brews to your za.

Enter Taft’s Brewpourium Columbus, which is hosting a Beer and Pizza Pairing from 5-8 p.m. July 28 at their site, 440 W. Broad St. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased here.

The event will feature brand new pizzas. Tickets will get you a flight of four different beers paired with a limited edition pizza. A wristband will also give you $1 off pints for the day of the event.

The pairings include:
Fig, Caramelized Onion and Goat Cheese Pizza, paired with Oktubberfest Festbier
Spicy BLT Pizza, paired with Double Gavel Banger Double IPA
Shrimp Pesto Pizza, paired with Pride and Passion(Fruit) Fruit Ale
Wild White Mushroom Pizza, paired with Bremen St. Hefeweizen
