The concept, known as Rickhouse 41, will feature an extensive selection of bourbon, as well as craft cocktails, wine, and even a bourbon slushy, according to owner Chad Smock.

Oct. 15 is its target opening date.

And it isn’t just libations the new spot will focus on, either. According to Smock, Legacy Smokehouse is focused on providing quick service to guests. Rickhouse 41 will be a sit-down, full service spot, and will even offer several new speciality menu items not available at Legacy.

“When you have people expecting fast service, you can’t have them waiting 15 minutes for something,” he said. “But it works for something that’s sit-down.”

While the new menu items haven’t been revealed yet, Smock said they’ll be rolled out on Legacy’s social media pages in the coming weeks.
