The newest Saraga International Grocery is now open

The wait is finally over, Columbus. The newest location of the wildly-popular Saraga International Grocery is now open on the city’s Southeast Side.

The new Saraga International Grocery is located at 2800 S. Hamilton Rd., near Eastland Mall. It is the third Saraga location in Columbus.

The original Columbus Saraga, which opened in 2013, is located at 1265 Morse Rd. on the city’s North Side. A second location in the Linden area, located at 3353 Cleveland Ave., opened in 2019.

While Saraga is primarily known for its massive selection of global produce, snacks, and groceries, its original Columbus location became also popular for housing Momo Ghar, the spot for Tibetian cuisine that went on to be featured on The Food Network, in a small corner of the grocery store.

Momo Ghar, which no longer operates out of Saraga, now has a location in North Market Downtown and a standalone restaurant in Dublin.
