Barbecue, buffets and much more: Here’s which restaurants are open on Thanksgiving
Editor’s Note: Availability can change fast for these eateries, so make sure to call ahead before making plans.
94th Aero Squadron Restaurant: Open by reservation only, but spots are very limited.
The Berwick: The long-standing east side eatery is offering a Thanksgiving buffet from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Call for reservations.
Bob Evans: Open from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Brio Italian Grille: Columbus and Worthington locations are both open on Thanksgiving.
Cameron Mitchell Restaurants: All are closed except for Guild House, which is offering reservation-only service from 10 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. Reservations are currently booked, but the restaurant said some spots may open due to cancellations. It’s best to call if you’re trying to find a table.

Clove Indian Bistro: Open for a lunch buffet.
Columbus Fish Market: Open for a three-course Thanksgiving dinner.
J. Gilbert’s: The Midwestern steakhouse is open from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving. Space is limited, and at this point the eatery can likely only accommodate parties under six people, so call soon if you’re after a table.
Lindey’s: This historic German Village steakhouse is open on Thanksgiving, but tables are currently booked. Its bar seating will be open on a first come, first served basis, however
The Keep: Open for a Thanksgiving buffet from 1-6 p.m
Matt the Miller’s Tavern: Open, but reservations at this point are extremely limited
McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood: Opening and serving its regular menu, plus a special Thanksgiving dinner
Mimi’s Cafe: Open and serving a special three-course menu
Mitchell’s Steakhouse: Open for dine-on and carryout
Ray Ray’s Hog Pit: The restaurant’s Clintonville, Westerville and Grandville locations will be open 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Thanksgiving. The eatery will be offering special holiday plates in addition to meat by the pound.
The Trout Club: This Newark eatery is open by reservation-only and offering a special Thanksgiving menu
Tucci’s: Open by reservation only and serving a three course, price-fixed dinner.
