Columbus-based chain for juices, healthy eats, temporarily closes Short North location

Zest Juice Co. has halted operations at its Short North location, at least for now.

According to a sign on the door of the Columbus-based chain’s Short North storefront, this location is currently closed “until further notice.”

Its Short North space is located at 912 N. High St.

The sign says the closure is due to staffing issues, and no timeline for its reopening is offered. It also indicates that all other Zest locations are currently open for pick-up and delivery.

The health-friendly concept, which serves juice, bowls, wraps and an assortment of small bites, was founded in Columbus by local husband and wife team Jordan and Natalie Helman. Its first storefront, located at 980 W. 5th Ave., opened in 2014. Zest currently operates restaurants in Grandview, Dublin and Westerville.
