The Columbus Division of Police is still searching for suspects in the Feb. 14 shooting of Maxwell Williams, the 24 year-old Columbus man who was patronizing the campus area bar Dick’s Den when he was shot in the back and paralyzed.

And now, they’re looking for the public’s help.

On March 15, police released a photo of a car with suspected involvement in the shooting. They believe shots were fired from outside of Dick’s Den.

According to police, a witness claimed that shots were fired from an older model Lincoln LS that was driving by the bar as they were leaving it.

Police then recovered video footage from the scene that showed a 2000-2003 gold or taupe Lincoln LS turning west from Neil Avenue onto Oakland Avenue.

The vehicle appears to have damage to the front and rear driver’s side doors.

Police have asked anyone with information on the vehicle to call Detective VanVorhis (614-645-0100) or Central Ohio Crime Stoppers (614-461-8477).
