F#ck Gluten now open in Columbus Food Hall

A ghost kitchen concept has come to the Columbus Food Hall, and it really doesn’t like gluten.

Say hello to F#ck Gluten.

The concept, which operates multiple ghost kitchens across the country, is open for delivery orders at the Columbus Food Hall, the pickup and delivery-only collection of commercial kitchens that was formerly known as CloudKitchens.

F#ck Gluten offers everything from gluten free pizza (served with cauliflowers crust) to Asian-inspired bowls, cauliflower wings, original salads, and even chia pudding, which is created by soaking chia seeds overnight in gluten-free milk and sweetening. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available. Like many restaurants evolving in the face of COVID-19, its food is specifically designed to maintain freshness and flavor through the delivery process.
