Eden Burger serves as one of the city’s most popular spots for vegan food, but major changes are on the way for the eatery.

In a statement posted to Eden Burger’s Instagram account from owner Sebastian Kovach, it was announced that a copyright lawsuit was filed against the restaurant, and it plans to undergo a full rebrand.

The Columbus restaurant was sued by Eden Foods for a trademark infringement, and now it is tasked with “totally rebranding the restaurant” over the coming weeks and months.

Eden burger, which is located at 1437 N. High St., also noted that due to staffing and inflation-related issues, the eatery will be forced to reduce hours, and may temporarily close.
