Food truck festival with more than 30 vendors coming next week

If the thought of choosing where to eat fills you with anxiety, you can rest easy at the end of the month, when you’ll have the opportunity to attend a one-stop-shop and fill your plate with all kinds of different cuisine. 

The Whitehall Food Truck & Fun Fest returns July 30, featuring over 30 food truck vendors in addition to live bands and crafters. The free event will be held from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on South Yearling Road between Etna Road and Langley Avenue.

The participating food trucks feature a variety of fare, including Asian, Nigerian, Caribbean, Vietnamese, Jamaican, and more. There are also Americana staples such as barbecue, grilled cheese, and burgers. For dessert, look for funnel cakes and frozen treats such as ice cream and shakes. 

Starting at noon, musical guests will perform at the event’s Main City Stage. Acts include Trigno, The Fabulous Johnson Brothers, Old Skool, Gravy, Alan Carl, and headliner Chris Lane.
