An inventive Asian chain serving up unique fusion dishes is preparing to open not one, but two new Columbus restaurants.

According to information provided by the restaurant’s owner, Roll On In plans to launch a pair of north-side eateries over the next several months.

The first storefront will be located at 8325 N. High St., occupying the former home of Hot Head Burritos. This eatery is slated to open in late November. The other Roll On In restaurant, which will likely open in February, will be located at 5792 N. Hamilton Rd.

The eatery serves a variety of conventional options like hibachi bowls, spring rolls and more, in addition to a handful of truly unique items. Roll On In offers Wonton Tacos, Sushi Burritos combing tradition sushi ingredients with flavorful toppings and salsas, and even a Sushi Donut, an appetizer made up of a deep-fried mixture of white rice and cream cheese that’s served with crab mix, avocado mash, spicy mayo and sweet soy sauce on a bed of lettuce.

Currently, Roll On In operates 12 restaurants in six states, four of which are located in Ohio. The chain has eateries in Lebanon, Hamilton, Cuyahoga Falls and Maineville, in addition to a food truck in the Cinncinati area.
