National chain featuring biscuit sandwiches opening first Columbus location next month
If you’ve been waiting to know when the hugely-popular Maple Street Biscuit Company plans to launch its first Columbus location, we have some good news for you.
In a press release yesterday, the eatery said if will open its Polaris restaurant, which is located at 1310 Polaris Pkwy, on Jan. 5.
The eatery is known for offering “comfort food with a twist,” headlined by its signature biscuit sandwiches.

These include The Five and Dime (fried chicken strips, bacon, cheddar and a fried egg topped with house-made gravy) and the Squawking Goat (battered chicken strips, toasted goat cheese, and scratch-made sweet pepper jelly), which was featured on the Food Network.
Maple Street Biscuit Company first opened in Jacksonville, Florida in 2012, and was later acquired by Cracker Barrel in 2019. The Columbus eatery will be its 56th restaurant.
