New chain restaurant openings include fried chicken, brunch, pizza and more
Love them or hate them, restaurant chains are a part of modern life: ever-present, and ever-expanding. And for Columbus, a city that’s on the rise, there’s no shortage of them.
We’ve compiled a list of several new additions to the city’s chain restaurant scene to keep you informed, you know, in case you get hungry.
Raising Cane’s
On the heels of Raising Cane’s opening a new Whitehall location, the popular chain for chicken fingers and really, really good sauce has officially opened the doors of its newest eatery, located at 1211 Olentangy River Rd. in Grandview.
CHOP5 Salad Kitchen
This fast casual eatery is a smaller chain, operating only one other storefront in Polaris and another in Florida, but it will be adding another in the Columbus area soon. CHOP5 will be launching a new restaurant at 1305 W. Lane Ave soon, although an opening hasn’t been announced yet.
First Watch
While we’ve heard conflicting accounts about whether or not breakfast really is the most important meal of the day, it’s pretty much a consensus that first watch is a safe bet if you’re after something cheap, fast and easy. The newest eatery is located at 6505 Dublin Center Drive.
