New Vietnamese restaurant offering pho, banh mi opens in Columbus area

A brand new Vietnamese concept has officially opened its doors in Grove City.

The aptly-named GC Pho held its grand opening on April 4.

The eatery is located at 1385 Georgesville Rd., occupying the former home of Lily Teryaki.

As its name suggests, the new eatery serves up a variety of pho and the the ever-popular Banh mi (traditional Vietnamese sandwiches) featuring cold cuts, grilled pork, shredded chicken and more. GC Pho also offers a menu section dedicated to Vietnamese noodle dishes, with proteins such as pork chop, grilled beef and quartered chicken.

Patrons can also reach for boba, Thai milk tea and Vietnamese iced and black coffee, which is served with condensed milk,

GC Pho is open from 11:30 a.m. until 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The eatery is closed on Sunday.
