Woodruff’s Culinary Director Cortney Porter noted that the new concept will serve as a true farm to table eatery, offering steaks from Woodruff livestock and more in an upscale setting.
“I know people throw the phrase ‘farm to table’ around a lot, but this is literally farm to table,” Porter said. “We’ll be using our Jersey dairy, our Angus beef, and we work with pork and chicken producers nearby to source other food that’s fresh and local.”
The new eatery, which will be known simply as Woodruff Farm, will feature dining room seating in addition to a large patio with space for diners as well. The restaurant will also feature a bourbon bar, and will offer several private dining rooms.
