This popular campus-area cocktail bar and libation shop is for sale

The Bottle Shop, which has served as a hotspot cocktail bar and retail hub since its opening in 2015, is currently for sale, according to a new real estate listing.

The Bottle Shop is located at 237 King Ave.

The listing has an asking price of $400,000. It cites a cash flow of $210,000, and a gross revenue of $1,300,000.

The listing offers a description of the store’s interior and offerings as well.

“The indoor space is divided in half. The bar area features a full cocktail menu, 20 drafts and a by-the-glass wine selection,” it reads. “Mismatched furniture, bohemian decor and a projector screen featuring short film clips help to set a laid-back, funky vibe where everyone is welcome. The market area houses an extensive collection of unique wines, local & imported craft beers, to-go cocktails and various other merchandise and sundries.”

The listing states that current owners Barbara Reynolds and German Vasquez are planning to relocate and are “ready to pass this established local watering hole onto a new owner.”

The sale of the store will include The Bottle Shop’s social media accounts, in addition to its website and online store.
