Popular farm restaurant listed for sale on multiple real estate websites

Blystone Farm, the farm restaurant owned by Ohio farmer and politican Joe Blystone, is currently listed for sale on multiple real estate websites.

According to Land.com and Landwatch.com, the 83-acre property at 8677 Oregon Rd. includes “a cattle operation, packinghouse/butchershop, bakery, restaurant, event center” according to the descriptions on both websites. The property covers three tracts of land. The home located on the property is listed at 2,960 square feet, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The entire property is listed for $6 million on Landwatch.com and Land.com, although the description states that the seller will entertain offers to split up the property.

Both websites list farmer and politician Joe Blystone as the property owner. Blystone owns the Blystone Farm restaurant and was a candidate for Ohio Governor in this year’s election before being eliminated in the Republican Primary.
