Popular local brewery offering Girl Scout Cookie and craft beer pairing event

With Girl Scout Cookie season upon us, it’s time we all take our cookie game to the next level.

How do we do that, exactly? We’re glad you asked.

Taft’s Brewing Company is hosting its very own craft beer and Girl Scout Cookie pairing event at its Columbus taproom, located at 500 W. Board St. in Franklinton.

The pairing event, which costs $14 per ticket, will feature four different Taft’s beers expertly paired alongside four different Girl Scout Cookies.

The pairings include:

Lemonades + Nellie’s Key Lime Caribbean Ale

Thin Mints + Maverick Chocolate Porter

Peanut Butter Sandwiches + Hazy Sunset Hazy IPA

Adventurefuls + Stay Classy Porter 

Each ticket offers patrons a one hour time slot. Guests will be given wristbands for the event that allow them to purchase pints for $1 for the remainder of the day as well.
