Popular vegan delivery kitchen opening first-ever brick and mortar restaurant this weekend

You Can’t Believe It’s Vegan, but you had better believe it’s opening soon.

The first-ever brick and mortar restaurant from popular vegan delivery kitchen Can’t Believe It’s Vegan is preparing to open this weekend.

Can’t Believe it’s Vegan, which is located at 584 W. Shrock Rd. in Westerville, plans to hold the grand opening of its eatery on July 9, from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m.

“We’re going to be the only fully vegan restaurant in Westerville. It’s an exciting time,” owner Clayton Freeman said in an interview earlier this year. “We want to show people that eating vegan doesn’t mean you’re sacrificing flavor, color, or anything. In fact, it’s usually the opposite.”

The 1,800 square foot space, which will offer dishes like angel hair plus vegan BLTs and chicken pasta, will focus on delivery and pickup customers, but will also feature dine-in space.
