These are the highest-rated pizza shops in the City of Columbus

If you ask us, part of the joy behind pizza isn’t just how great everything tastes (although that’s a big part of it, to be sure). 

In a city rife with options, the process of finding and trying a new-to-you pizzeria can be half the fun. And a new compilation from Stacker has done half of that work for us. The post compiles the top 29 Columbus pizza shops, according to Tripadvisor ratings.

The list includes general pizzeria ratings, in addition to Tripadvisor detail ratings, which rank an eatery based on the food quality, service and overall value.

And if you just want to cut to the chase (spoiler alert), that’s fine too. According to Tripadvisor, Forno Kitchen + Bar is the highest-rated pizza restaurant in the city. Borgata Pizza Cafe took second place, with Harvest Pizzeria coming in third. 

For comparison’s sake, our annual ColumBEST poll–which compiles over half a million votes each year–had Harvest as the city’s top gourmet pizza spot, with Mikey’s Late Night Slice grabbing best traditional pizza. Interestingly, Mikey’s didn’t make the top cut on the Trip Advisor-based list. Where do you stand on the great pizza debate?
