A well-known national chain is making its Ohio debut in Columbus.

Maple Street Biscuit Co. will be located at 1310 Polaris Pkwy.

No grand opening date has been announced for the comfort food chain, but a Maple Street representative told 614Now that the restaurant hopes to open its Polaris location sometime this fall.

Known for its biscuits, the eatery also features a variety of Biscuit-based breakfast sandwiches, indulgent waffle dishes and even mimosas served in mason jars.

Maple Street Biscuit Co. was founded in 2012 in Jacksonville, Florida, where it became a hugely popular spot before being sold to Cracker Barrel in 2019. The new Polaris storefront will be the restaurant’s only location in Ohio.
