Three Bites Bakery announces grand opening date

Mark your calendars, Columbus, because the highly-anticipated Three Bites Bakery has announced its grand opening date.

According to owner Isabella Bonello, the from-scratch bakery is set to open on March 12.

It will be located at 999 Mount Vernon Ave. in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood. The new storefront will be the first brick and mortar space for Three Bites Bakery.

The new bakery will be open from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m., from Wednesday until Sunday.

Bonello, a professional baker before the pandemic, launched Three Bites as a side project in 2019 after being laid off. The concept quickly grew in popularity, with Bonello announcing the storefront last April.

Customers will be able to grab a wide variety of top-tier treats from Three Bites, including cakes, cookies, and an eclectic selection of speciality pastries.
