A new eatery is bringing authentic Cuban fare to North Market Bridge Park.

According to a press release, Pablo’s Havana Cafe is set to become the newest vendor within the popular Dublin spot.

Pablo’s Havana Cafe currently operates a restaurant located at 9685 Sawmill Rd. in Powell. The concept, alongside owner Pablo Taurus, is set to bring its “world famous cuban sandwiches and homemade cuban cuisine” to Bridge Park.

The eatery’s signature sandwich, El Cubano, is a Cuban Sandwich created using Cuban bread, roasted pork, honey ham, swiss cheese, pickles and mustard, finished in a panini press. Pablo’s will also serve tostones, croquetas, empanadas, homemade soup and salad, in addition to traditional Cuban desserts.

“As a huge fan of Cuban cuisine and after meeting Pablo, I knew he would make a wonderful addition to the North Market community. His food is authentic, comforting, and above all delicious. I’m delighted to welcome Pablo’s Havana Café to the Market family!” Said Rick Harrison Wolfe, Executive Director and CEO of the North Market.

Pablo’s Havana Cafe will take the vendor stall formerly occupied by Hoyo’s Kitchen, which is located along the East aisle of the building. Construction will begin soon, and Pablo’s is slated to open later this fall.
