Video: Group of retail thieves steals $1,200 in merchandise by sprinting out of north side store

Columbus Police is on the trail of a group of thieves who worked together to steal approximately $1,200 worth of retail merchandise.

Hoping the public can help identify the suspects, investigators with the Property Crimes Bureau released surveillance footage from a theft that occurred on Oct. 31.

According to Police, a group of five women entered a store on the 3000 block of West Dublin-Granville Rd. Each individual picked up merchandise that was worth more than $1,200. The group then ran out of the store without paying.
