Man hospitalized after machete attack

A has been hospitalized after being attacked by a machete-wielding attacker in Linden.

According to Columbus Police, on Sept. 25 at 3:38 a.m. officers responded to a call of a stabbing on the 2200 block of Delbert Rd., although it was later determined the crime took place on the 1700 E. Hudson St.

Police said the victim was walking when he was jumped by a group of men. One of the men pulled out a machete and began swinging it, cutting him on the back.

The victim, who was cut in the back, was transported to a local hospital in stable conditions
