Help make back to school better for Columbus teachers with our new ‘Wish List Wipeout’ program

Jack McLaughlin

While the end of summer vacation represents a welcome change of pace for most parents, for many of Columbus’ passionate teachers, it can mean digging into their own pockets just to make ends meet in the classroom.

With all teachers do for our kids day in and day out, we’re doing our best to make sure they have everything they need to do their jobs.

BROUGHT TO YOU BY

Through our new initiative sponsored by Wish List Wipeout, which is sponsored by Boyd’s Tire & Service, we plan to—you guessed it—wipe out the back-to-school classroom supply wishlists for teachers throughout central Ohio.

Here’s how you can help.

You can either nominate yourself or a favorite teacher (self-nominations are accepted), with a link directly to that teacher’s supply wish list. You can nominate a teacher here, or donate here.

Teachers will be selected at random, and we plan to take out as many wish lists as possible. 100 percent of all donations will be used to purchase supplies.

Thank you for all that you do, teachers!
