Dave Portnoy visits 65 year old Columbus-style pizzeria

While Dave Portnoy may not be a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, he seems to be a fan of trying out Ohio State pizza.

Before the Ohio State vs. Tennessee game last week, he stopped in at the 65 year old restaurant, Emelio’s Pizza, to try their famous Columbus-style pizza.

Emelio’s told 614Now that they had no idea he was stopping by. The One Bite score isn’t up yet, but if you’ve ever had Emelio’s for yourself, it would be surprising if it’s not high.

To try the pizza for yourself, stop by the pizzeria, which opened in 1960 at 574 Georgesville Rd.
