Groovy Plants Ranch is hosting a multi-day festival dedicated to lavender

From essential oils to soap and even as a culinary touch in dinners and desserts, lavender is an incredibly versatile herb. Later this year, one of Ohio’s premier nurseries plans to host a multi-day event dedicated to that purple plant we know and love.

Lavender Daze will take place at Groovy Plants Ranch on June 2-4.

The first-ever event of its kind from Groovy Plants Ranch, Lavender Daze will see the nursery’s greenhouse packed lavender plants and vendors. A food truck will also be on-site.

“Lavender Daze will be a 3 day event celebrating all things lavender. We need your help to get some fantastic vendors involved. If you make lavender soap, lavender candles, t-shirts with lavender prints, pottery with lavender motifs, ect. we want you to apply,” the post reads. 

The nursery is currently fielding applications for Lavender Daze vendors. Vendors can apply here, and must do so by Feb. 28 to be considered for the event.

According to the Groovy Plants Ranch website, there’s an expected turnout of 1,500-2,000 for the multi-day event.
