Where Columbus loses one spot for quality noodle dishes, another has taken up in its place.

Asuka Ramen has officially opened its doors for business. The new eatery is located at 7451 Sawmill Rd. in Dublin, in the former home of Noodle Topia, which closed last fall.

The new concept is currently in its soft opening phase. It will hold a grand opening on Nov. 3. During its grand opening celebration both, ramen and mazemen will be 50 percent off for dine-in customers.

And speaking of ramen and mazemen (a dish similar to ramen but without broth), Asuka will feature a wide variety of entrees, including multiple ramen options like tonkotsu Ramen, wonton Ramen, and vegan ramen, in addition to appetizers like edamame and gyoza and even sake.

Asuka Ramen will be open Monday-Thursday 11 a.m.-9:30 p.m., Friday-Saturday 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Sunday from 12-9 p.m.
