After remaining open for less than a year, this upscale eatery has closed for good

Last fall, Nativo614 opened in Gahanna’s Creekside District, and now, less than a year later, it has closed its doors for good. It officially opened last Halloween.

According to Jayce Snyder, assistant to Robinson Bustamante, the owner of RBD Restaurants, the eatery shuttered in mid-September.

“The restaurant closed about a month ago. It was a decision from the owner Robinson Bystamante–personal decision,” Snyder told 614Now.

He did not elaborate on why Busamante chose to close the restaurant, but did note that Nativo614 has already sold the eatery, and it will be replaced by a Mexican Restaurant. The name of the new eatery was also not disclosed.

Nativo614, which offered upscale Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, was located at 64 Granville St. in Gahanna’s Creekside District, alongside Barrel & Boar, Cafe Creekside and more.
